Becky & Will's Wedding at Coventry Cathedral - 3rd December 2011

Many congratulations to Becky & Will on their wedding at the Coventry Cathedral on a bright but very cold winters day. It was a delight to photograph their again as it's very rare couples are married within. I photographed Becky preparing in the morning at her house with her 4 bridesmaids and parents on hand. I then headed on down to find Will and his 2 best men among all their 300 guests who arrived nice and early. Becky turned up a little late which I believe is very unusual of her only it turned out the bridesmaids car hadn't arrived so a neighbours car was called upon. Becky looked lovely as she arrived outside the Cathedral and took on the long walk down the aisle. A lovely ceremony and they were wed of which I was able to capture so lovely natural shots. After the ceremony I began on the many group photos requested in the old Coventry Cathedral ruins and steps before grabbing some nice shots of them both before they turned blue. We headed on to their reception at Ettington park, Stratford-Upon-Avon. A lovely relaxed wedding breakfast to which I covered the speeches and grabbed a twilight shot shot of the happy couple and I was on my way for them to party on. Photos will be available to view on my 'online pics' page in approx 7-10 days.

Congratulations to Fiona and Trevor who's wedding took place last Friday 22nd October at Kenilworth Castle, Warwickshire, with the reception at Wroxall Abbey, Warwickshire.
I began by photographing Fiona at Wroxall Abbey with mum and 3 bridesmaids for her big day ahead. Fiona looked lovely as I grabbed some nice natural shots before heading over to the Castle to meet Trevor who who was trying to hold his nerve with the aid of his best man. A late afternoon ceremony in this lovely venue and they were wed on another dry wedding day. I shot the family photos and then took the happy couple off for some beautiful photos around the castle grounds just before sunset. We then headed over to Wroxall Abbey for their reception with many family and guests for a fantastic evening. The wedding breakfast was served with the room looking amazing and followed by some funny speeches. I covered the first dance and partying and was on my way with a nice bag of shots!

Congratulations to Deborah and Duncan who's wedding took place last Friday 30th September at Kenilworth Castle, Warwickshire, with the reception at Holiday Inn Hotel, Kenilworth.
I began by photographing Deborah at her house with family and dog all getting excited for the big day ahead. Deborah looked lovely as I grabbed some nice natural shots and her daughter as flowergirl posing nicely for the camera. I headed over to the Castle to meet Duncan who arrived in style in a yellow ferrari to the joy of his guests. A nice ceremony in this lovely venue and they were wed. I shot the family photos and then took the happy couple off for some beautiful photos around the castle grounds as the sun began to set. Off to the Holiday for a late wedding breakfast and speeches and I was on my way to celebrate my birthday!

Congratulations to Gemma and Aaron on their wedding day last Saturday 17th Sept with the wedding ceremony and reception all taken place at Coombe Abbey, Coventry, which is a very popular wedding venue in the Midlands which I love photographing at.
I began photographing Gemma who was preparing with her many lovely bridesmaids grabbing some some great shots before heading over to greet Aaron on his arrival with his many groomsmen who arrived in style with a white porshe leading the way. Celebrating their special day Gemma and Aaron held a lovely wedding service in the Abbeygate before heading outdoors to the east and west gardens for drinks and photos. The weather was good for the guests with lots of sunshine as I covered the group photos and trying to catch up on time lost from the ceremony running late. The wedding breakfast was held in the highcourt which looked stunning with all the fine detail. I covered the speeches and grabbed some lovely twilight photos of the happy couple and stayed on in to the night to capture the first dance and partying.

Congrats to Amy & Rob on their wedding 17th September 2011. The wedding took place at the countryside venue of Curradine Barns, Shrawley, Worcestershire. Amy and Rob both prepared at the cottages on site with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. After a nice ceremony in the converted barn they were wed before leading their guests out to the open courtyard on a bright afternoon. I shot some nice group photos before taking the happy couple off for some relaxed shots in the grounds around the venue. The wedding breakfast commenced followed by some well thought out speeches by all which entertained their guests. Afterwards I shot some twilight photos of the happy couple before the 1st dance and partying began. The pig roast was calling and I said my goodbyes :-)

Congratulations to Emily & Tim on their wedding last Saturday 10th September 2011. The wedding took place at Corley Church, Nr Coventry, followed by a reception at Heart of England, Fillongley, Nr Meriden
Emily prepared at her parents house with with her 2 bridesmaids and flowergirl in a very relaxed manner whilst I grabbed some nice photos. I headed on to the Church and grabbed some shots of Tim with his best man as guests arrived. Emily arrived a little late for her big day leaving Tim to wait it out. A nice ceremony in this lovely small church made for some great photos and they were wed. Celebrating outside a few spots of rain soon disappeared for a dry day ahead. We headed on to the Heart of England for the reception where I photographed the groups and some lovely shots of the happy couple. The wedding breakfast took place in the marquee and was followed by some amusing speeches. I stayed on to cover the first dance and partying and guests and also had my fun booth on offer the guests to have fun portraits printed on the night. Enjoy the highlights!

After a nice ceremony they were wed and I was able to grab some nice shots inside the church with a friendly vicar allowing plenty of photo opportunities. I shot some nice photos outside the Church before we headed on to Crockwell Farm for the reception on a windy but dry afternoon. Some cool shots of the bridal party folIowed by some nice couple photos before they headed in for the wedding breakfast. After the speeches I stayed on to cover the 1st dance and partying and also had my fun booth on offer the guests to have portraits printed on the night.

I began photographing Sarah preparing with her mum grabbing some some shots before heading out to see Stuart arriving with his best man. Celebrating their special day Sarah & Stuart were wed a lovely wedding service in the Baronial Hall before heading outdoors to the gardens for drinks with some wind and rain in hand. The weather was good for the guests when we needed it and I managed to photograph the group photos and some lovely shots of the happy couple. The room was reset for the wedding breakfast which looked great. I photographed the wedding breakfast and speeches and I said my goodbyes. Great day!

Congratulations to Adele & Nick on their wedding day last Saturday 19th August 2011. The wedding took place at St Bartholomew's Church, Coventry, followed by a reception at Nailcote Hall, Berkswell.
Adele prepared at her mother's house with Nick just down the road allowing me to grab photos of both. On arrival at the Church I was confronted by what I can only describe as a very odd and strict vicar who doesn't allow any non-flash photography from the back although video was allowed. That aside I still manged some photos and took some lovely photos in the church grounds before we headed on to Nailcote Hall for the reception in the marquee which looks lovely. A lovely summers day allowed for guests to enjoy the drinks reception in the gardens where I shot some family photos and some couple portraits before the wedding breakfast commenced. I stayed on to cover the first dance and partying. Great day! Enjoy the highlights!

Leanne prepared at her Father's house with with her 3 bridesmaids with lots of time to spare. I headed on to the Church and grabbed some shots of Dean with his best man. Leanne arrived early for her big day and was ducking low in the wedding car as the last of the guests arrived. After a nice ceremony they were wed and I was able to grab some nice shots inside the church with a friendly vicar compared to the previous day, before we headed outside and the rain soon came down on us. I was back at Nailcote Hall for the 2nd wedding in 2 days there for me with the reception in the marquee which looked lovely. The rain passed allowing guests to enjoy the drinks reception in the gardens where I shot some family photos and some couple portraits before the wedding breakfast commenced. I stayed on to cover the partying and guests and also had my fun booth on offer the guests to have portraits printed on the night. Enjoy the highlights!

Best wishes to Naomi and David who wed last at Thursday Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Northants. I photographed Naomi preparing with her bridesmaids at her house on a rainy afternoon before I headed over to see Crockwell Farm to find David and his best man preparing. A nice ceremony in the old vaulted Hall and they were wed. The rain showers dispersed for a couple of hours allowing for some outdoor photos which was a treat as it was unexpected. I shot some lovely photos of the happy couple in and around the gardens along with the bridal party. Once seated the wedding breakfast commenced and after the speeches were finished, I stayed on to cover the first dance and left them to party on through the night.

Congratulations to Iqwinder & Jagjeet who's wedding I covered on Saturday in a civil ceremony at the Coventry registry office, Cheylesmore, Coventry. I photographed the happy couple on arriving with their family and friends. A short ceremony followed by some nice family photos in the courtyard outside. I then took Iqwinder and Jagjeet off for some lovely photos in the park before heading on to a marquee reception at Iqwinders parent house in Westwood Heath, Coventry. Lovely friendly people!

I began photographing Rhea who was preparing with her mum and dad in one of the lovely rooms grabbing some some great shots before heading over to find Ben and his brother Oli as best man. Celebrating their special day Rhea and Ben held a lovely wedding service in the Abbeygate before heading outdoors to the west end gardens for drinks and photos. The weather was good for the guests with lots of sunshine as I took the happy couple of for some great locations for lovely photos. The wedding breakfast was held in the Cloisters room which looked stunning with all the fine detail. I covered the speeches and stayed on in to the night to capture the first dance and partying, with fireworks to end a great day!

Wedding of Alex & Tom - 4th August 2011 - Ettington Park, Stratford

Best wishes to Alex & Tom who wed last Thursday at Ettington Park, Alderminster, Stratford-Upon-Avon. I photographed Alex preparing with her bridesmaids at her house, with mum and dad soon arriving. A rainy afternoon as I headed on to the the spectacular Neo-Gothic Ettington Park to meet Tom and his guests arriving for the big day. A nice ceremony in the South room which made for some great photos and they were wed. The sun shone and we all headed outside in the lovely grounds. I grabbed the group photos early on with more rain threatening but we were blessed with good weather thereon and I spent a little bit of time with Alex & Tom before all headed inside for the wedding breakfast in the long room which looked beautiful. The wedding breakfast commenced and I then photographed the speeches and stayed on to cover some of the evening celebrations, grabbing a few shots of the happy couple in a red classic Morgan racing car.

Congratulations to Claire & Karl who's wedding I covered on Saturday in a civil ceremony at the Saxon Mill, Warwick. I photographed Claire preparing with her bridesmaids and family at the The Kenilworth, Kenilworth Town, before I headed over to see Karl with his guests at the Saxon Mill. Claire and her bridal party arrived in a VW camper van for her big day with guests and family awaiting. After the ceremony guests spilled out to the riverside for drinks and photos. I shot some nice photos of the happy couple and they soon relaxed in to their pumps. The room for the wedding breakfast looked lovely with fine details and I covered a couple of speeches speeches to finish. I expect to edit the photos in the next week and will post some highlights.

Congratulations to Sally & Chris who's wedding took place on Saturday at Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-Upon-Avon on a wet summers morning. I photographed Sally preparing with her bridesmaids at her parents house in Dunchurch, before I headed over to see Chris and his groomsmen welcoming guests arriving with their umbrellas held high. This lovely Church with Shakespeare's tomb is a great backdrop for photos to which it was a nice ceremony. On leaving the Church to which the non-stop rain had stopped the happy couple drove off in a sports car for their reception at Mallory Court, Nr Leamington Spa. A lovely dry afternoon with all guests enjoying the lovely gardens with champagne and cider. I shot some lovely photos on arrival of the happy couple before covering the group photos. The tight room for the wedding breakfast looked lovely with fine details. I covered the speeches and stayed on to cover the evening celebrations with an awards ceremony before the first dnace and partying. I also set up a party booth for guests to have wacky photos taken which went down well ans I was on my way. Highlights here soon.

Wedding of Nicola & Michael - 9th July 2011 - Langley Priory, Diseworth

Congratulations to Nicola & Michael on their wedding day on Saturday 9th July 2011. The wedding took place at Prestwold Church, Leicestershire, followed by a beautiful reception at Langley Priory, Diseworth, Derbyshire .
Nicola & Michael both live in Dubai and returned to England to be married with lots of family and friends present. They both got ready at the Kegworth House Hotel on different floors with the bridal party and family, before leaving for the 20mins drive to Prestwold. After a nice ceremony I grabbed some lovely photos in the church grounds before we headed on to Langley Priory for the reception with a marquee in the stunning grounds. Nicola Michael were keen for a real English wedding on what turned out to be a lovely summers day. I shot some family photos and some couple portraits before the wedding breakfast commenced.

Afterwards guests had laughter with some funny speeches and enjoyed the lovely evening sun soon followed by the first dance. I stayed on to cover the partying and guests had a nice surprise with fireworks to finish the night. Great day! Enjoy the highlights!

Sportsman Dinner - Villa Park - 7th July 2011

I was busy photographing a EEIBA Sportsman charity evening at Villa park with Paul Merson as guest speaker. Guests purchased signed photos with Paul Merson and we also had the European Cup as a bonus! Great night had by everyone with lots of money raised and plenty of laughter from Paul Merson's tales of his football days at Arsenal, Villa & Middlesbrough. I grabbed a quick photo with Paul too. Nice guy!

Wedding of Kelly-Ann & Eddie - 2nd July 2011 - Forest of Arden, Nr Meriden

Congratulations to Kelly-Ann & Eddie who wed on Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, Coventry on a bright warm morning. I photographed Kelly-Ann preparing with her bridesmaids at her parents house before I headed over to see Eddie with all his guests arriving at the Church. A nice happy ceremony in front of their 160 guests and they were wed. I grabbed some nice outside the Church before everyone thought there way out of the busy narrow streets on to the reception at Marriot Forest of Arden, near Meriden. I shot some lovely photos on arrival of the happy couple before working very hard to cover the group photos among the large party :-) The room for the wedding breakfast looked stunning with the it's incredible detail which the guests loved and it was some party with guests singing on chairs at one stage. I covered the speeches and with things running a bit late grabbed some evening shots of Kelly-Ann & Eddie and I was on my way. Great day!

Best wishes to Joanna & Toby who wed last Saturday at St Michaels & All Angels Church, Bugbrooke, Northants. I photographed Joanna preparing with her bridesmaids before I headed over to see Toby and the guys at the Church. A nice ceremony in this lovely church which made for some great photos and they were wed. We headed on to the reception at Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Northants with a few short showers not spoiling the celebrations. I shot some lovely photos of the happy couple in and around the gardens along with the bridal party. Once seated after the line up the wedding breakfast commenced and I then photographed the speeches. I stayed on to cover the first dance and evening partying and finished with some lovely twilight photos of the happy couple and I was on my way for them to party on through the night.

Wedding of Harriet & George - 11th June 2011 - Long Itchington

Congratulations to Harriet & George who wed last Saturday at Long Itchington Church, Warwickshire, with Jo covering the photography. Jo photographed Harriet preparing with her bridesmaids at her house before heading over to see George and his guys with their colourful footwear at the Church. Jo was able to grab some great shots during the relaxed ceremony with George's mum as vicar marrying the happy couple. Jo shot the group photos outside the Church and then some lovely photos of Harriet & George also and then took them down the village for some more private photos. The reception was held in a marquee at Marton Road Farm, Long Itchington which Harriet & George had made a very colourful affair. Jo covered the speeches and stayed on in the evening to cover the first dance and partying. I'll have the edited photos ready next week for the happy couple!

Best wishes to Carrie-Anne & Daniel who wed last Saturday at St Mary's Church, Blakesley,with Rich photographing the wedding. Helen prepared with her bridesmaids at Crockwell Farm, whilst Rich grabbed shots of Daniel and the guys preparing in nearby cottages. St Mary's is a lovely Church with a friendly vicar allowing Rich to take some lovely shots during the ceremony. A spot of rain on leaving the Church made for some nice photos and the happy couple headed on to their reception back at Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Northants, for all the guests to enjoy with the sunshine coming out to play. Rich shot some lovely photos of the happy couple in and around the gardens along with the bridal party. Once seated the speeches commenced prior to the wedding breakfast which Rich covering all along with the first dance shortly after. Some great photos I've been editing taken by Rich which I'm sure Carrie-Anne & Daniel will love!

Wedding of Laura & Ben - 11th June 2011 - Wolston, Warwickshire

Best wishes to Laura & Ben who wed last Saturday at Queens Road Baptist Church, Coventry. I photographed Laura preparing with her bridesmaids and parents at Brandon Hall hotel before I headed over to see Ben with all his guests arriving at the Church. A nice happy ceremony in front of their 200 guests and they were wed. Guests were invited to stay and have tea and cake at the Church whilst I whisked the happy couple off for some lovely photos at some locations on route with dramatic skies as rain clouds chased us. We headed on to the reception at Musmaja's Hall in Wolston, Warwickshire to meet up with guests and grab some family photos. The rain arrived and it rained!! After an hour of guests keeping dry the rain clouds passed and the sunshine appeared allowing me to finish some large group photos and for the pig roast to be served. Things ran a little late in to the evening but I was able to cover some of the speeches and I was on my way with some beautiful photos.

Congratulations to Hana & John on their wedding last Saturday at Windmill Village Hotel, Coventry. On arrival I I photographed Hana preparing with her family and bridesmaids before grabbing shots of John with his son as best man. A nice ceremony and the happy couple were wed in front of 80 happy guests. I grabbed some group photos before heading off to photograph some lovely photos of the happy couple. The reception room was laid out with lovely colourful seat covers and tables. I covered the wedding breakfast and speeches and i finished by jumping on some golf buggy's and shot a few photos of the happy couple down by the lake and I was on my way.

Congratulations to Sarah & Charlie who wed last Saturday at St Peter & St Paul's Church, Long Compton, on another lovely Spring day. I photographed Sarah preparing with her bridesmaids at her cottage before I headed over to see Charlie and his many groomsmen at the local pub before they all took the short walk up to Church. A lovely ceremony in this pretty church which made for some great photos and they were wed. After throwing some confetti we headed on to the reception at the beautiful Barton House, near Moreton-in-the-Marsh in the Cotswolds. I shot some lovely photos of the happy couple on arrival and later on in the day in and around the gardens. A marquee reception awaited the many guests which looked beautiful with Sarah's fine detail and her own flower making skills. I photographed the group photos and then guests were seated for the wedding breakfast followed by some brilliant speeches. I stayed on in the evening to cover the first dance, partying and grabbed some twilight shots of the happy couple before leaving them to party on. Great day!

Congratulations to Kyna & Mark on their wedding over in lovely Donegal, Ireland. I flew in the day before and travelled over to Donegal in preparation for the wedding on the same day as the Royal wedding in London. I photographed Mark preparing in the morning with his best man James before grabbing shots of Kyna at her parents house with her 2 sisters as bridesmaids. Kyna arrived for the wedding at St Crona's Church in Dungloe, slightly late!! 25mins. Once wed the the happy couple took the 60 min drive to their reception at the beautiful Harvey's Point, Lough Eske, Donegal Town. I grabbed the group photos and some lovely shots of Kyna & Mark in the grounds. I covered the speeches/wedding breakfast and photographed the first dance and partying. A great night! Photos will be available to view on my 'online pics' page in approx 5 days.

Congratulations to Lucy & James on their wedding at Crockwell farm, Eydon, Northants. On arrival I met James and his 2 best men and ushers getting ready having arrived nice and early on another warm sunny April day. Lucy soon arrived with her 2 bridesmaids to allow me to grab some lovely preparation shots. Guests soon arrived to this countryside venue for the ceremony in the old vault hall. I grabbed some lovely shots of Lucy in her beautiful dress and with her bridesmaids. A nice ceremony and the happy couple were wed. I grabbed some group photos before heading off to photograph some lovely photos of the happy couple. A lovely wedding breakfast with some brilliant speeches/rapping :-) before the evening commenced. Some further evening guests arrived to enjoy the first dance and partying with a which I also covered and finished off with some sweet twilight shots of the happy couple.

After the ceremony I photographed some of the family with the B&G in front of the beautiful arch doors. We headed on to the reception at the Courtyard Luxury Lodge, Stanwick, for all the guests to enjoy the beautiful sun. Once seated after the line up the speeches commenced and followed with a nice wedding breakfast which was very tasty.
